The problem

Nordic bakery taking wholesale orders from cafes via WhatsApp and email. Every order was entered manually. Cafes had to be chased before each weekly cut-off. The baker got annoyed when entries were missed.

What we built

A branded order portal with the full product catalogue, minimum order enforcement, delivery day rules, and automatic confirmation emails to each cafe. Orders write directly to a live production sheet the kitchen works from.

Result

Orders arrive structured and complete. No manual entry. No chasing cafes. The kitchen sheet updates itself.

The problem

Online coaching academy helping in-person personal trainers scale online. No system for finding or qualifying potential students. The coach was spending hours on manual outreach with no consistent pipeline.

What we built

An automated Instagram outreach system. It finds ICP-fit coaches by hashtag, sends personalised opening messages based on each account's profile, qualifies replies through a full conversation flow, and notifies the coach the moment a lead is ready.

Result
